The location was fantastic, very central. I found that the staff members were helpful. The room had minor issues upon arrival, BUT, they upgraded me to another room the next day. It was on a higher floor!

The photos online led me to expect something different. The fold-out bed was not comfortable. Bed covers were missing! The kitchen sink drainage did NOT work. The shower drainage barely worked too.

the staff, german and jose, were helpful. jose gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the location was perfect for exploring the main sites, and i had a rooftop terrace with a refreshing plunge pool, it was a great apartment!

the restaurant across the street, though convenient, sometimes got a little noisy in the evenings, though it was great!

the apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette i found convenient for snacks. beds were comfortable and ensuring a restful sleep, which i appreciated. the suite also offered sufficient space, nice for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.

jose and german offered really good service, going above and beyond to assist guests. their recommendations for local eateries and attractions greatly enhanced my visit. they provided helpful advice and arranged transport as needed.
